365CarShop is an online platform that allows car dealers to post their inventory and allows car shoppers to find and view that inventory. We do not offer vehicle description pages (VDPs). Our service is a monthly recurring program that can be cancelled by removing credit card information from the merchant account created during the sign-up process. Once payments are processed, no refunds will be given.

365 Automotive Marketing is not responsible for errors or misinformation about the description or equipment listed on the car as this information is pulled directly from the dealer's inventory portal. The dealer agrees to give us access to their inventory provider (Vauto, etc.). We make no guarantees as to the number of sales the dealer generates using our program. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy of information on the dealer's website. We make no guarantees as to the customer's ability to purchase or finance a car.

We retain the right to collect information from the consumer if we choose to. The dealer authorizes us to access their Google Analytics for reporting purposes only.

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 365 Automotive Marketing or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on our website is the exclusive property of 365 Automotive Marketing and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

365 Automotive Marketing will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our website or the information contained therein.
